Street friends rarely have access to hot beverages and freshly prepared food. It is truly our honor and privilege to serve them hot, nourishing meals once a month.
Today, as we do every second Sunday, our team went to downtown San Diego to offer lunch. It was another beautiful and blessed day. We served veggie spring rolls, fried rice, hot coffee, hot chocolate, bananas, candies, bottled water, and energy bars.
Every recipient was so happy to receive hot food and warm drinks, and we were deeply touched to see how much they enjoyed the meals. Many people offered us their good wishes and words of gratitude, which filled our hearts with joy.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Tiffany, Trang, and Tuyet for sponsoring today’s event. Heartfelt appreciation also goes to our amazing volunteers Ha, Leta, Moon, Kesaw, Tuyet, Trang, Justin, and Tiffany.
